Six Christmases.....

We celebrated 6 Christmases this year (and we even missed one due to scheduling conflicts)!!! We had Christmas here with just us 3 before we left, then Christmas Eve with my dad's side, Christmas morning with my family, Christmas day with Matt's dad side, Friday morning with Matt's family and Saturday with Matt's mom's side!! Wow, I get exhausted just talking about them all:):) It was definately a busy holiday season for us. Even though it was busy, it was a great holiday season for us. We got to spend 5 days in North Platte with family and friends. Austin got lots of presents (of course) and he got to hang out and play with all of his cousins. I think Austin was ready to come home though. We spent all day Sunday just bummin' around our house. Austin definately made Christmas even more special and exciting then normal, and I already cant wait until next year when he can walk around and open presents on his own!!! Sorry for the numerous pictures below, but we had so many Christmas pictures. Hope you all had as great of a Christmas as us. Happy New Year!!

First family Christmas....

Merry Christmas!! Tonight we celebrated our first family Christmas here at home before heading off to good old North Platte tomorrow to celebrate with the rest of our families. Austin was the only one who got presents this year since our budget is a little crunched with neither of us having jobs yet:):) He is really getting into grabbing and holding onto things, so he was grabbing and pulling his paper off his presents. He got 4 outfits, a walker/activity center, and a animal/alphabet ball. He wasn't too excited about his clothes, but he did like his toys. He was even able to spin the ball on his own already, what a smart kid we've got!! Apparently it really wore him out, as he is already in bed. These are some pictures from tonight and the past week or so, I have been busy Christmas shopping so haven't had time to post any lately. Happy Holidays!!!

Look who's growing up.......

Hello!!! The weeks seem to be flying by as the new year approaches. I absolutely love Christmas and am even more excited this year to get to celebrate it with Austin. He is such a good little boy, I think I have only heard him cry maybe a total of 5 times in 3 months!!! We truely are blessed to have such a great baby!! He has already changed our lives so much, and we wouldn't want it any other way. We are truly in love with our little boy, and can't wait to continue to watch him grow up. Here are a few more pics of him in the last few weeks, around 3 months.

Trying on his new winter hat, his dad hates it;)

Dedication and 3 months old..

Look at that gut:):)

I guess you can tell we feed him good:):)

First horsey ride...

Just chillin....

Hard to believe that Austin is going to be three months old tomorrow!!! The time has flown by, and I look at pictures of him from when he was born and I can hardly remember them, even though it was only 3 months ago!!! This past week was a busy one for us, like it was for most people I'm sure. Thursday we went to my sisters house and hung out with my family for some food, fun, and of course early morning shopping on Friday!!! We came back to Omaha to have Thanksgiving with Matt's family on Saturday and then Austin had his church dedication on Sunday. It was a busy, fun filled four days, and Austin was sure glad to be back in his own routine this week. By the time Sunday was over he was looking at me like, "mom where did all these screaming kids come, and why are they always in my face??":):) let's just say his cousins all love playing with him, and they think the only way to play with him is to be about 3 inches from his face:):) I attached a couple pictures from this weekend, and will post a few more of his dedication when I get them. Hope everyone's thanksgiving was as great as ours!!!!
